ArgentEquus & Tatler, Hot to Trot 2015

Grassroots Go Getters
A lovely update from Samantha, Morgann's Mother...
Morgann had an amazing three days of riding at the Badminton Horse trials. Riding in the BE90 grassroots Championship class that whittled 5000 amateur adult eventers to the top 100, Morgann was the youngest rider ever to get to the competition. In fairly awful weather of torrential rain and howling winds Morgann had managed a 7th place in the interim rankings after the dressage. Next she competed a beautiful clear in the show jumping, to leave her score unchanged. Finally the cross country was the biggest challenge with 20 jumps over 3.5 km, including the famous Badminton Lake. However, nothing seemed to phase either Morgann or Cynheidrefawr Boris and had a beautiful clear round inside the time allowed. Morgann finished 4th overall and was presented with her rosette and prizes outside Badminton House. We are so proud of her, such an amazing achievement.

Sanderson Saddlepad Anyone?
I adore horses, even incongruously slotted into advertising, Ignoring the obvious 'horse in the room' scenario, Sanderson's glorious 17th century scientific illustrations on a blanket stitched trimmed throw, folded up into a Polo style blanket pad is delightful. Perhaps a shade impractical (and indeed uncomfortable for the horse). But you just have to hand it to the stylist for whom a white saddle pad was simply not enough.
So chuck out the bling and bring in the Chintz.
Shooting, Hunting & Fishing with Tatler
ArgentEquus is beyond thrilled to be featured within Tatler's annual guide to country pursuit style.

Sporting Chic- Argent Equus' First Glossy
Argent Equus' Gentlemen's Hunt Crop has been featured in the July Edition of Country and Town House Magazine, an aspirational lifestyle magazine. Proudly leading their 'Leading a double life ; Watches for the man who loves town and country' feature. As the magazine says, 'C&TH’s editorial focus is its passion for the best of British. It champions individuality and originality and celebrates the unique, the quirky and the spirited. Unashamedly aspirational and luxurious, it has no space for ‘bling’'. Well naturally AE fits the criteria perfectly.
